At the age of 13, Nicole began to study many forms of dance. She faithfully continued her training through college where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance. After sustaining a possible career ending knee injury, Nicole returned to college and earned an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy. She believed dance would no longer be a part of her life.

However, her dreams of dancing were restored after she had a personal encounter with the Lord. Amazingly, the Lord gave Nicole the vision to begin dancing again, this time for Him. Nicole's modern/contemporary style of dance is presented during times of worship and is used as an expression for ministering the Gospel.

Nicole founded Samara Modern Dance Company with the mission to bring hope and deliverance to the nations by visually communicating the heart of God to man. Nicole's dance workshops emphasize a biblical foundation for dance as an expression of worship, providing a safe environment for everyone. She encourages everyone desiring to dance to worship God with movement and teaches that every style of dance can be transformed and used to minister the Word of God.
